Hi! Thanks for being here! We are Theresa Fersch - author, speaker, Certified Life Coach (CLC) and Trusted Advisor; and Katie McCarthy - Registered Nurse, 6 Figure entrepreneur, and motivational speaker. Together, we bring you the October 2021 Transitions Retreat.

This special event will also feature a yoga session with Claudette Stears of Essentially yoga.

Join us and a small group of women for a day of bonding, recovery, discovery, and excitement for the future!

Incorporating both physical and mental stimulation, we will move past this pandemic weirdness together in the best way possible!

Retreat also includes a transitions journal, coaching tools, self-care resources, yoga practice, refreshments, and lunch, and a complimentary Reiki Session.


Theresa Fersch: Author, speaker, Certified Life Coach (CLC), Trusted Advisor, and adventurer. Up until 2015, I was simply a system’s engineer for a high tech research and development center. But all that changed when I hiked the 500-mile Camino de Santiago in Spain, an adventure that changed my life’s trajectory! Until then, I was just kind of living my life without much consideration for my purpose or even what I wanted out of life. But once I accomplished something extraordinary for myself, I was forced to re-assess my entire life. I began writing and speaking about my life-changing experiences and lessons and soon realized that many of us are in a similar situation.
I work with individuals and groups of people who have experienced major life changes and are highly motivated to leverage their acquired life lessons to build a more fulfilling and authentic life that is specifically tailored for them. Utilizing tried-and-true coaching methods, I will work with you to discover a better path forward after the pandemic and offer tools to help you plan for a brighter future.

Katie McCarthy: A multi-passionate lover of life, Registered Nurse, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, a 6-Figure Entrepreneur, a CBD Advocate and educator, an aspiring author/motivational speaker, and Reiki Practitioner. Transitions is my specialty. I have learned to pivot and embrace change whether it be by choice or caused by external factors out of my control. During the great pause of 2020, the biggest transformation of my life, I began writing my first book, Meant for CHAOS. Though that story is still unfolding, CHAOS is an acronym that stands for the 5 daily habits that keep me going on track towards my goals, a tool that
I am ready to share with the world, and with all of you. I found claritiy through the C.H.A.O.S. and my hopes is that as you learn to transition into place where you fall in love with where you are right now, this acronym will help you stay in that place of joy like it has done for me.

Claudette Stears: Originally from the mid-west (accent included), Claudette Stears and her husband Scott with pups Sir Harley & SioPow moved to Lakeville, MA in August of 2017. Yoga provided a balance that offered something different from intense training schedules and personal circumstances brought to light a need for change. Leaving aerospace engineering and corporate lifestyle in the rearview mirror, she earned her 200 RYT certification by training with Ganga and Tracy White at White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA in 2014. Always wanting to learn more, she has completed "Yoga as Therapy" workshop with Doug Keller, and is a certified SUP Yoga instructor through Paddle Board Bliss in San Diego, CA. Vinyasa flow and Yin with a requirement for self care is Claudette's primary “Yoga style." She believes and honors the mindset that Yoga is for Every Body and will lead you in a class offering modifications to help find your "True Bliss.” Claudette will provide rest and reflection with a restorative yoga session.
